Cosmetics have become an important part of human life, because they can improve a person's beauty and maintain healthy skin. However, in practice cosmetics found on the market still contain dangerous chemicals. This research uses nettle leaves which are made into a cream preparation. This research aims to determine whether the ethanol extract of nettle leaves can be used as an antioxidant cream, to determine the effect of the concentration of nettle leaf extract as a cream preparation on the antioxidant value, and to determine the effect of temperature and time on the physical stability of antioxidants in anti-aging cream preparations. The results obtained were from 400 grams of nettle leaf simplicia powder soaked in 1,600 ml of 95% ethanol solvent for a period of 3×24 hours resulting in an extract weight of 89.64 grams so that the extract yield was 9.92%.
