Refleksi Masyarakat Kecamatan Kedungadem Kabupaten Bojonegoro Dalam Aturan Batas Usia Nikah

Marriage is the best step towards legalizing a relationship with the aim of avoiding adultery and expectingthe pleasure of Allah SWT. However, in reality, not a few violate the rules, so that marriage institutions still experience many problems that are difficult to resolve to date, one of which is marriages carried out by minors who have not reached the minimum marriage limit, this is 19 years of marriage for both men and women. With the existence of provisions and increasing the age limit in marriage, it is none other than increasing readiness in marriage both physically and mentally. However, this regulationwas not implemented properly, on the other hand, it even reversed, namely the soaring requests for dispensation for marriageafter the change in these rules. Even though it so clear in the rules, there is still a loophole for committing a violation through a marriage dispensation application to the court with very urgent reasons accompanied by sufficient supporting evidence. In increase in these cases is the same as what happened in the Kedungadem, Bojonegoro, so there is a need for steps to minimize and there is a need for parents reflection,young people and the whole community, so that with this reflection there is great hope that it can reduce problems that occur both in society and the institution of marriage.
